As a former U.S. Navy anti-submarine warfare officer, she developed a keen ability to track and interpret complex information, skills she now applies to curating and sharing the latest research in the healthspan space.

Holding a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy, a Master of Arts in the teaching of writing, and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on statistics, Laura complements her analytical expertise with a passion for the mind/body connection.

Laura certified as a vinyasa yoga instructor and is a dedicated meditation practitioner.

Dr. Flowers completed an advanced fellowship in Regenerative and Functional Medicine and holds a Master of Health Science degree in Integrative Medicine, demonstrating his commitment to staying at the forefront of this exciting field.

Dr. Leonard Goldschimdt is profoundly committed to serving those in need with his inspirational clinical expertise. His extensive credentials include Doctorates in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, and Forensic Psychology, along with a PSYPACT license to practice telehealth in 42 states.

Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Goldschimdt has helped countless individuals navigate complex neurological conditions, including dementia, autism, and traumatic brain injuries.

Dr. Goldschimdt also holds a J.D., lending both his legal and medical expertise to forensic cases and court testimonies.

His intellectual curiosity extends beyond the clinical realm. Ordained as a rabbi, and a practicing Buddhist, Dr. G’s unique blend of intelligence, compassion, and unwavering dedication to humankind makes him an invaluable addition to the Pounce Pot team.
